Apt. CF26 | 75m² | City Centre | Duplex

Positive: Location is very good, not loud in the evenings/at night even with windows open. Nice to have AC as an option although it was not hot enough for us to use it. Kitchen well-equipped though again we did not use it much. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: We previously stayed at another property owned by the same company and were disappointed with this one. The toilet was not flushing when we got there, luckily this was fixed the next day but surely this should have been noticed during the cleaning...? One of the beds was also inexplicably in the living room, while the second bedroom at the top of the short set of stairs was completely empty. The bathroom light did not turn off, apparently it is remote-controlled and the remote had been lost (we turned it off at the fuse box every day...). The lights were also all on when we arrived at the property, which was slightly strange. The socket in the bedroom was also almost coming out of the wall, it still worked but did not really feel super safe to use.

Positive: Posizione ottima, viaggiamo per lavoro e dovevamo raggiungere EMBL Heidelberg (10 min in macchina) Negative: Fino a lunedì mattina nessuno ci ha dato nessuna informazione su come accedere (partivamo quel giorno), durante il soggiorno ho fatto domande/commenti alla struttura su Booking e non hanno mai risposto se non quando hanno mandato un messaggio per il check out che a questo punto mi sembra mandato in modo automatico. Ho ancora dei problemi con loro in quanto avrei bisogno della ricevuta (l'ho chiesta mesi prima di arrivare dopo la prenotazione e nessuno mi ha risposto se non poi di nuovo con messaggi automatici, ho scritto direttamente al "gestore" e mi ha confermato che l'avrebbero prodotta, ho riscritto già 3 volte dopo il soggiorno e nessuno risponde più né il gestore dal numero né la struttura su Booking). Quindi pur essendo comoda la struttura e tutto è problematico perché se avete QUALSIASI problema non riuscite a contattarli in nessun modo.
